Attorney Profile

Help provided by an experienced and committed attorney can make all the difference when dealing with a disabling medical condition. Insurance companies are well advised by their attorneys and most individuals cannot match an insurer's sophistication in dealing with the legal issues. You have a lot riding on how these problems are decided and the outcome can impact you and your family for many years.

Attorney John Bena has counseled disabled individuals for more than twenty-five years. He has a proven record of success handling hundreds of cases involving all types of medical conditions.

Over the years, Mr. Bena has litigated cases involving neurosurgical spinal injuries, rotator cuff and other shoulder injuries, carpal tunnel problems, head injuries, exposure to toxic chemicals, as well as disability resulting from emotional trauma.

The problems of disability are many. Injury means: loss of a job, loss of income, questions concerning the right medical treatment, insurance coverage questions and often results in financial and family problems. An attorney with experience in dealing with all of these issues can be an invaluable source of support and problem solving.

Attorney Bena has litigated numerous cases before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents and the Social Security Administration. He is also experienced in personal injury issues, including third party claims and disability retirement.
